Where does BLK MKT Vintage ship at this time?
We currently deliver within the United States and to APO/FPO and US Territories, via USPS, UPS and FedEx. International shipping is available to select countries. Please email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com if interested in shipping outside of the United States.
What are your current order processing times?
All orders are being processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days (not calendar days) via UPS, USPS and FedEx.
What is the BLK MKT Vintage return policy?
At BLK MKT Vintage, we stand behind our curated collection of hand-sourced vintage ephemera and hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchases. All sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in the case of extreme misrepresentations or oversights on the part of our team. In the case of an oversight, we will coordinate a return and/or refund for you within 5 business days of your request. Please email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com to request a return.
Can I pick-up in store? I live in the neighborhood.
Absolutely! If you'd like to pick up in store, feel free to email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com to request. If you've made your purchase already, we'll refund your shipping cost upon pick-up.
What if I'd like to have my order before your standard shipping timeline?
If you need a purchase by a specific date, please email us ahead of time and we'll invoice you for expedited UPS or FedEx shipping or local in-delivery/in-store pick up.
